About Leigh

Leigh Mullins started her real estate career at Weichert Realtors, where she was rookie of the year. With the success of being an agent she went on to open her own real estate business Joseph Bailey Real Estate Co and was the BIC.  Having success with her own brick and mortar firm for many years she then collaborated with Compass and became a principal. Leigh, is excited for her new role at Long & Foster where she will be a sales manager and running the Durham and Raleigh offices. Leigh has over 15 years of real estate experience and over, hundreds of transactions. Leigh had a successful 18 years as a DI head volleyball coach before starting her real state career.
Leigh has two daughters Avery, who plays college volleyball at Valdosta University and Bailey who is a three-sport athlete and a junior at Green Hope High School. 
 
Leigh, graduated from Dickinson (N.D.) State University, with a B.S. in education, received her masters from Northern State University in (SD) education. Mullins captained a conference and nationally ranked volleyball team. She earned all-league honors in both volleyball and basketball, while also qualifying for the national championships in track in the heptathlon at college.
